The Eagles Foundation is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, young people, vulnerable people and adults at risk who come into contact with our organisation. We recognise that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and that all individuals have the right to live free from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and harm.

Safeguarding encompasses the actions, policies, and procedures we put in place to protect children, young people, and adults at risk from abuse, maltreatment, neglect, radicalisation, exploitation, discrimination, and any other form of harm. It also includes creating environments where individuals feel safe, valued, respected, and able to achieve their full potential.

The Eagles Foundation has appointed Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) who are responsible for providing safeguarding advice and guidance, receiving and managing safeguarding concerns, and liaising with statutory agencies where necessary. Any safeguarding concern should be reported immediately to one of the Designated Safeguarding Leads.
