Match Tickets:
Disabled supporters wishing to attend Sheffield Eagles matches on a match-by-match basis must pay the full and appropriate admission charge, according to age for which the application is made.
A complimentary ‘Carer's Ticket’ for any match for which an admission charge is payable is available. To be eligible for the free ‘Carer Ticket’ you must bring relevant proof that you are in receipt of a Carer Component in the Disability Living Allowance for each match attended.
The above also applies to away supporters. Appropriate proof of disability must be included if applying in advance of attending any 'home' Sheffield Eagles matches. We advise away supporters to book tickets in advance by calling 0114 398 1998. Proof can also be provided in advance by email to info@sheffieldeagles.com
Disabled supporters should currently be in receipt of either the Higher-Medium rate Mobility or Higher Care Components of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) OR P.I.P. Disabled Supporters will also need to submit copies of the DLA or PIP.
Accessible Parking:
Parking is limited and not available adjacent to the Olympic Legacy Park entrance but parking is available on the site. Sisabled parking may be reserved by contact Mark Hannigan via the avenues up to 72 hours before kick-off. Regardless of whether a parking space has been reserved early arrival at the ground is recommended, as access cannot be guaranteed close to kick-off time.
Accessible Seating:
Disabled spectators currently have limited options for viewing the Sheffield Eagles match at the Olympic Legacy Park.
Wheelchair used can watch the match from the gangway which surronds the pitch and can position themselves anywhere around the pitch on the tarmac gangway so long as no gates or other access points to and from the pitch are blocked. Please note all these positions are uncovered but all spectators are welcome to bring in umberallas if and when required.
Food / Drink Concessions:
Refreshments can be obtained from the concession stands within the ground and there is no restrictions for disabled supporters.
Toilet Facilities:
There are disabled toilets near the Concessions stand.
Assistance / Guide Dogs:
Assistance / Guide dogs are welcome within the ground. Dogs should be kept on leads at all times and any waste cleared and removed from the ground.
General Assistance:
Any member of Sheffield Eagles staff or steward working on behalf of the club will gladly provide any assistance as and when neccessary on a match day. We advise that you contact the club in advance using the above channels should it be apparent assistance will be required.
