Natasha Burt to depart Sheffield Eagles

Sheffield Eagles would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Natasha Burt, who will be leaving us to take up an exciting new position.

Tasha's connection to the club spans many years. Alongside her dad, Mark, and brother Cory, she has been a dedicated part of the Eagles family for over three decades. Her journey began in 1998 when, still at school, she founded the Eagle-etts dance team with friends. She performed with the group at Don Valley Stadium and took over as coach at just 16 years old.

Over the years, Tash has taken on a wide range of voluntary roles to support the club on gamedays, from operating turnstiles and working in hospitality to running the Half Time draw. Her commitment and versatility made her an invaluable asset to the team behind the scenes.

In 2022, Natasha began working in the club office three days a week, and her dedication earned her a full-time position as Events Executive in January 2023. This season, she has played a pivotal role in launching the GRI Legends Lounge, providing outstanding matchday hospitality for our sponsors and guests at the Steel City Stadium.

Tash has worked tirelessly to strengthen the bond between the club and the community, nurturing positive relationships with fans, volunteers and community clubs alike. 

Although stepping down from her current role, Natasha will continue to support the Eagles on gamedays alongside her dad in a voluntary capacity. We would like to place on record our thanks to Tash for everything she has done and wish her all the best as she embarks on this exciting new chapter.
