Sheffield Eagles are back on the road tomorrow afternoon as we travel to the FLAIR Stadium to face Dewsbury Rams in Round 8 of the Betfred Championship (3pm KO).
Craig Lingard will be hoping his side can return to winning ways as our unbeaten start in the league came to an end following a narrow 36-30 defeat at home to Oldham R.L.F.C.
We take on a Dewsbury side this weekend who currently sit level on points in the table with the Eagles, despite having played one more game in the Betfred Championship.
Sunday’s opponents secured their fourth league victory of the 2026 season last weekend with a win on the road at Workington, so they’ll head into tomorrow’s clash full of confidence, hoping to beat the Eagles in what is the first meeting between the two sides since September 2024.

FLAIR Stadium is located on Owl Lane, Dewsbury, a short drive from the M1 and M62.
The postcode for SatNavs is WF12 7RH.
The stadium is also accessible from Dewsbury Bus Station, by boarding the 202 or 203 services, and located approximately two miles from Dewsbury Railway Station.
PARKING
Car parking is available within the stadium grounds at the cost of £4 per vehicle.
Disabled car parking is available behind the North Stand in front of the main entrance.
These spaces are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and cannot be booked in advance.
DISABLED ACCESS
FLAIR Stadium offers disabled access and ample viewing points at both sides of the Stadium.
Disabled spectators will have to pay the relevant price bracket but can have a carer for free.
Proof of disabled status may be requested. If a carer is required, then one may be admitted free of charge.

BUCKET COLLECTION
This Sunday’s fixture will also play host to an important charitable effort, as volunteers carry out a bucket collection in support of March of the Day III. Supporters attending the game are encouraged to bring cash if they are able to contribute, with all donations going toward a fantastic cause.
March of the Day III is a charity walking event raising funds and awareness for motor neurone disease, delivered in support of the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation and Leeds Hospitals Charity. The event brings together supporters, families and communities for a shared challenge, with participants walking together as part of a powerful show of solidarity. Open to all, walkers can sign up individually or in teams of up to six, with a £10 entry fee that includes an official event t-shirt. Organisers are aiming to attract over 1,000 participants this year, making it the biggest event yet.
March of the Day III is set to take place later this year between 1st-6th June as they make their way from Liverpool to Leeds, visiting a host of different sports clubs along the way.
