Joe Hird joins Halifax Panthers

Sheffield Eagles can confirm that Joe Hird has been released from the remainder of his contract, and he will join Halifax Panthers with immediate effect.

The young forward joins the West Yorkshire side having spent the first half of the season on loan at fellow Betfred Championship side Dewsbury Rams.

The club would like to thank Joe for his efforts and wish him the very best of luck with his future endeavours in Rugby League and beyond.
