Eagles Women's duo join York Valkyrie

Sheffield Eagles can confirm Women’s players Lisa Parker and Agnes Wood have joined York Valkyrie for the 2025 season.

Both players featured on dual-registration last season for the reigning Betfred Women’s Super League winners, and the duo will become part of Lindsay Anfield’s 25 player squad this year.

Lisa and Agnes will continue to be available to play for the Eagles this season as part of our ongoing dual registration partnership, something which became of a valuable tool for both sides in 2024.

We look forward to continuing the partnership agreement with York for the forthcoming year, and we’d like to wish both Lisa and Agnes the best of luck with the Valkyrie in 2025.
