Eagles link up with Samdai

Sheffield Eagles can announce a brand new partnership with Samdai.

The recently formed Steel City based business looks to provide discounts to the best companies Sheffield has to offer.

From entertainment to hospitality, discounts will be available for Samdai members online and in-store.

With various fashion, food and drink retailers and other businesses, including the Eagles partners BXF Gym – the Eagles will also be providing discounts in the future via Samdai.

Samdai was founded by ex-Eagles youth development product Darren Forde who after playing for the Eagles went on to appear for Hemel Stags, Featherstone & Keighley.

He took a break from his rugby league career to launch Samdai but has recently joined Sheffield Hawks.

Speaking of the partnership Darren said, "It's great to come back to where it all started and be able to partner with the Eagles; a team that were fundamental in shaping my playing career, my skillset and ultimately my future as a young kid."

Eagles General Manager Liam Claffey added, “We are pleased to partner with Samdai and look forward to building the partnership moving forward, particularly when we return to the City in 2022 at the Community Stadium at the Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park,”

Membership to Samdai is just £9.99 a year but Sheffield Eagles 2021 members will have the opportunity to sign up at a reduced rate along with 3 free months membership.

Sheffield Eagles 2021 members will receive a discount code to do so via email in the coming weeks.
