Details confirmed for Wheelchair Championship Grand Final
01/10/2024
Sheffield Eagles’ Wheelchair Red side will take on Gravesend Dynamite in the Championship Grand Final at the Allam Arena in Hull next Sunday afternoon (2:30pm KO).
The game will see a repeat of the Challenge Trophy final from last season, where Gravesend ran out as winners at the English Institute of Sport.
The Eagles finished top of the Championship East this season, winning all of their eight league games, before securing their place in the final with a 48-38 win against North Wales Crusaders at the weekend.
Our opponents, Gravesend, will also head into this final full of confidence after going the full season unbeaten themselves in the Championship South.
This final will take part place at the Allam Arena next Sunday (13th October), kicking off at 2:30pm, and will act as a curtain-raiser ahead of the Betfred Wheelchair Super League Grand Final at 5:30pm.
Tickets are now available to buy, which allows you to be able to watch both games. These are priced at £11 Adults, and £6 for 65+/Students/U16's. Tickets are available to purchase by clicking HERE.
Please get behind the Eagles and cheer us on in East Yorkshire as we look to lift silverware and end the season on a high!
