London Broncos finished 10th in the 2025 Betfred Championship, ending the season with 16 points from 24 games, recording 8 wins and 16 losses, following their return to the second tier of European Rugby League after a year in Super League

Off the field, the club underwent significant change over the off-season. After long-time owner David Hughes put the club up for sale, a new ownership group completed a takeover in September 2025, led by Australian rugby league legend Darren Lockyer, businessman Grant Wechsel, and Gary Hetherington. The off-season has seen the Broncos actively rebuild, making numerous signings as they aim to establish themselves as a Betfred Super League side in the near future.

When we play them in 2026?

2026 Recruitment

The Broncos have undergone a major squad overhaul for 2026, adding extensive experience from the NRL, Super League and Papua New Guinea internationals.

Key NRL recruits include Siliva Havili, Reagan Campbell-Gillard, Dean Hawkins, Luke Smith and Emarly Bitungane, while Super League additions feature James Meadows, Jack Croft, Elliot Wallis and Jack Ramsden. The club has also strengthened its squad with several PNG internationals.

Ones to Watch

Reagan Campbell-Gillard is expected to play a key role for the Broncos in 2026, bringing valuable NRL experience. Siliva Havili should also have a strong impact, though with numerous new signings, London are likely to rely on the depth of their squad as they push for a top-of-the-table finish.
