Women's Squad named for tomorrow's trip to Thatto Heath Crusaders!

Women’s Red Team Head Coaches Andrea Dobson M.B.E and Louis Townsend have named a 20-player squad for tomorrow's Challenge Shield 1st Round clash against Thatto Heath Crusaders (3pm KO).
After pre-season outings against Featherstone Rovers and York Valkyrie in recent weeks, it will be a first competitive outing in 2026 for our Women’s Red team.
Action takes place at Crusader Park this weekend, so please get behind the Women’s team this Sunday if you’re able to do so over in the North West.
Should we beat Thatto Heath Crusaders this weekend, our Women’s team will then proceed to the next round and go on to host either Leigh Miners Rangers or Halifax Panthers on Sunday 29th March.
