Welcoming our first School Club Ambassador

We are delighted to announce E-Act Pathways Academy Primary as the club's first school Ambassador. Pathways have been avid supporters of the club and foundation programmes taking part in school tag festivals, being part of the literacy kicks programme, as well as welcoming our Eagles Women’s and Wheelchair players to talk to the children about inclusivity in sport and their journeys.

Talking about the relationship the school has with our club Thomas Froggatt, the PE and Rugby Lead says “The school prides ourselves on offering opportunities to our children and in particular rugby league as it really encompasses the school values of Respect, Opportunity, determination, and Success. The children have loved their experiences they’ve had through the Eagles and we really appreciate what the Shefield Eagles have been able to offer us.

The school has worked hard to build a relationship with the local community club the Sheffield Hawks, encouraging as many children as possible to take up the sport with a handful of children transitioning and playing for the club.
