Sheffield Eagles legend Quentin Laulu-Togaga’e will continue his fine association with the South Yorkshire club after signing a new one-year deal.

In his second spell with the side, starting on loan from Keighley midway through 2022, he has made 40 appearances to go alongside the 188 games he played between 2011-2016.

Despite not having the pace he once had, the brain is still ticking away and he was on hand for many try assists during 2023.

Director of Rugby Mark Aston beamed: “We know the relationship between everyone at the Eagles and QLT,”

“He has been a fine servant to the sport and to this club, we had a chat about 2024 and he was more than confident that he can still provide top quality performances.

“He knows his body better than anyone else. He’ll go out there and put everything on the line as he always does.

“We’re excited to see him out there again, as I’m sure the fans will be too.”
