Sheffield Eagles receive 2025 IMG Scoring Grade

Following this morning’s release of the RFL’s 2025 club grading results, Sheffield Eagles can confirm that we have achieved an overall score of 8.47.

Performance: 1.83 / 5

Finance: 1.75 / 4.5

Stadium: 0.99 / 3

Community: 2 / 2.5

Total: 8.47

Whilst this represents a small decrease of 0.3 compared to our 2024 score, this change reflects the higher thresholds for scoring introduced within the Fandom pillar for 2025.

Despite this small decrease, we are delighted to announce that Sheffield Eagles have moved up to 20th position in the IMG gradings, continuing our consistent year-on-year improvement since the system was introduced in 2023.

The club has made strong progress across several key areas, achieving notable growth in financial performance and significant growth including a 10% year-on-year uplift recorded for digital engagement and website traffic, which ensured bonus points were achieved in those areas.

Looking ahead, Sheffield Eagles remain fully committed to improving across all aspects of the IMG grading criteria. We will continue to invest strategically and allocate resources to drive further development, enhance our score, and strengthen our overall standing in preparation for the 2026 review.
