Paul Royston becomes Eagles' new Strength and Conditioning Coach!

Sheffield Eagles are delighted to announce the arrival of Paul Royston as the club’s new Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Paul has been involved within Strength and Conditioning for the last 35 years, bringing a wealth of experience with him to the Eagles for 2025.

Royston will link up with Craig Lingard for a third time, having worked with him previously at Keighley Cougars and Batley Bulldogs.

Last season saw Royston return to Cougar Park, where he spent a second spell as S&C coach with Keighley, but he now links up with the Eagles for 2025 as Lingard’s new backroom team continues to take shape ahead of the upcoming season.
