Sheffield Eagles welcome York Knights to the Steel City Stadium in our next Betfred Championship game on Sunday afternoon (3pm KO).

The Eagles will be hoping to bounce back from last Sunday’s defeat on the road to Batley Bulldogs and will be hoping to start the month of July with a win back on home soil.

The visitors this weekend are York Knights, currently sitting second in the Betfred Championship league table, and are currently on a nine-match winning run. The reigning AB Sundecks 1895 Cup winners will be full of confidence and will provide tough opposition this Sunday for the Eagles.

Please read below for all the information you need to know ahead of Sunday’s game between Sheffield Eagles and York Knights.

TICKETS

Match Tickets for Sunday’s game remain on sale, and you’re able to secure your spot for this game now by clicking HERE.

Ticket prices for the game are as follows:

SEATING

Adults - £21

Concessions (65+, Students) - £16

Juniors (U16’s) - £8

STANDING

Adults - £19

Concessions (65+, Students) - £13

Juniors (U16’s) - £6

 * Please note that all ticket prices, except Juniors, will increase by £2 on the day of a game.  

 * We strongly ask all supporters to purchase their tickets in advance of the game, by buying online though our online ticketing portal. 

TURNSTILES

Turnstiles will open at 1PM. Supporters are encouraged to arrive early to facilitate a smooth entry into the stadium and avoid any delays.

PARKING

We’re pleased to announce we have on-site parking for gamedays at the Steel City Stadium for the 2025 season. Worksop Road car park is available to use for supporters on a first-come, first-served basis. Car park spaces cost £5 and will be available to buy with CARD ONLY.

Please note that the car park is now run by an external company, and we are no longer responsible for the security of any vehicles parked within the car park.

Alternatively, there is some street parking available around the local area, but please note that this is limited. Please be mindful of the residents when parking your vehicle.

CONCESSIONS

A selection of hot food items will be available from our concessions stand, which include Sausage rolls, Sausage Roll and beans and Hot Dogs. Cold sandwiches will also be available, which include Ham, Egg Mayo, Tuna Mayo and Cheese Savoury. 

There will also be a choice of confectionary, items and a selection of drinks as well, which will be available for you to purchase.

They target to open the concessions stand for 1:30pm. Our concessions are located inside the stadium concourse to your left after you have entered through the turnstiles.

Please note that our concessions take card payments ONLY.

21-MAN SQUAD SHEETS

For the 2025 season, we will not be producing a match programme. Instead, a printed copy of the 21-man squads for both teams will be available. These will be limited in quantity but can be obtained free of charge from our gameday volunteers inside the Steel City Stadium.
