Sheffield Eagles and Batley Bulldogs go head-to-head this Sunday for a place in the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Semi-Final.

Mark Aston’s side qualified for this weekend’s Quarter Final tie having seen off both Doncaster and Midlands Hurricanes in the newly formatted group stage of the competition.

The Eagles head into this contest full of confidence having secured five successive victories in all competitions over recent weeks.

We take on a Batley side who are also unbeaten so far this season, and they saw off Featherstone Rovers and Hunslet themselves in the group stage over recent weeks.

The winner of Sunday’s tie will travel to either York Knights or Oldham in the semi-final, with this game being played as well on Sunday afternoon.

Tickets are now on sale online for this Sunday’s game and are still available to purchase online ahead of this weekend’s game.

Parking

We’re pleased to announce we have on-site parking for gamedays at Olympic Legacy Park for the 2024 season. Worksop Road car park is available to use for supporters on a first-come, first-served basis. Car park spaces cost £5 and will be available to buy with CASH ONLY.

Pre/Post Match Drinks Venue

We recommend that people use the Don Valley Hotel as their choice of pub before and after Saturday’s game.

Only a short walk away from Olympic Legacy Park, people who go in and show their tickets for the game, will be offered Member’s Discount for all drink purchases.

Team Sheets

For 2024, we’ll be operating digital team sheets on matchdays.

Our Sheffield Eagles line-up will be revealed on social media as normal in build-up to a game, before a digital team sheet with both sides will also be uploaded to our social media channels and be available for both press and supporters half-an-hour before kick-off.
