Marcus Green joins Rochdale on loan

Sheffield Eagles forward Marcus Green has joined fellow Betfred Championship side Rochdale Hornets on a one-month loan deal.

Green previously joined the Eagles on loan last year before completing a permanent move at the end of the 2025 season. However, the 22-year-old has yet to make an appearance in 2026 for Craig Lingard’s side.

He goes straight into contention for Rochdale’s clash against Hunslet this Sunday at the Crown Oil Arena.
