Liam Richardson joins our Wheelchair team

Sheffield Eagles are delighted to announce the addition of Liam Richardson to our Wheelchair team for the 2026 season.

The former Rugby Union player, who has played for the likes of Stocksbridge and Barnsley in previous years, will link-up with our Wheelchair team for the upcoming season

Liam got an original taste for Wheelchair rugby league last year when he attended a joint training session with the Eagles, appearing for Team Colostomy UK, and he'll be looking to get more experience playing the sport with the Eagles this season.
