23/10/2026

Sheffield Eagles can confirm that Lennie Ellis will leave the club following the conclusion of the 2026 Betfred Championship season.

The young half-back joined the Eagles last November and went on to make nine appearances for the club this season, scoring his first try in the victory away at Workington Town back in June.

The former Hull Kingston Rovers man has also spent time on loan with Goole Vikings this season, making three appearances and scoring once.

Sheffield Eagles would like to thank Lennie for his service, commitment and contribution during his time at the club, and wish him every success for the future.
