Kickstart Placements available
17/06/2021
Sheffield Eagles and The Eagles Foundation, in partnership with the Rugby Football League, will be taking part in a government funded initiative to create high quality six-month job placements for young people.
Each job will be funded by the government for 25 hours per week for the 6-month period including associated NIC and pension contributions and funding will also be provided to support the young people selected for the placements to develop new skills and improve their employability in the long term.
“Both Sheffield Eagles and The Eagles Foundation are delighted to be partnering with the RFL to offer these Kickstart placements” said David Butler, Eagles Foundation Trustee.
“Both organisations recognise the importance of supporting young people to develop their skills. Sheffield Eagles has been the launchpad for the career of several leading administrators in Rugby League and we are proud to be able to contribute to this important agenda.”
There are four placements available; 2x Development Officer Assistants and 2x Business Administration Assistants. Download the role descriptions below;
