Extra Time Sports Bar and Eagles extend Executive Partnership

Extra Time Sports Bar will carry on their sponsorship of Sheffield Eagles into 2023 while operating the concession stand at the Olympic Legacy Park.

The bar and grill, based on Brown Street in Sheffield City Centre, opened in 2021 and has been a massive success with all sports fans thus far.

Eagles Membership holders have enjoyed a 20% discount at Extra Time and that will continue next year, including at the Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park concession stand on match days.

“Extra Time have been absolutely fantastic with us,” said General Manager Mark Hannigan.

“They run the concessions down at the OLP and if you have been down to their place in the city centre, you will see the mural of the Eagles on the wall.

“With the World Cup that has been on, and especially the game at Bramall Lane, we have been keen to get our fans and even neutrals through the door.

“It’s not just a normal sports bar. I have not seen many bars with shuffleboard tables, for example!

“Extra Time have moved from the chest to the sleeve and we appreciate their support as an Executive Partner.

Nathan Gordon, group manager at Extra Time, commented: “We are really pleased to be with the Eagles for 2023,”

“It was an exciting time last year as they moved back to Sheffield and we were proud to play our part in making their return as successful as possible off the pitch.

“It’s also been great to see the players, staff and fans in Extra Time for different events.

“We have a brilliant relationship with all at the club and we’re looking forward to seeing that blossom further as the year goes on.”
