Eagles link up with O'Neills

Sheffield Eagles can announce a new kit and merchandise partnership with popular sportswear manufacturer O'Neills. 

The company are teamed up with a wide range of rugby league clubs and organisations and we are excited to be on board with them once again. 

The Eagles previously worked with O’Neills from 2017-2019 before switching to Oxen for a short period. 

Speaking about the new partnership, Commercial Director Mark Hannigan said: “We have a long history with O’Neills and with the progress the club has made on and off the pitch, to work with a supplier who we have this history with is testament to the developments made,” 

“On the flip side, the enthusiasm shown by O’Neills to work with ourselves to develop the Playing and Training Wear, along with other ranges to follow, is fantastic.  

“You only have to look at the clubs they work with to know the levels they work to”

O’Neills representative, and former Eagles Assistant Coach, Dave Larder added: "As a brand we are delighted to back working with the club after a couple of years away,” 

“It is no secret that I have fond memories of my time at the club, firstly as a player and more recently as an assistant coach so when I spoke to Tubby earlier on in the year about O’Neills getting back involved it was something that both parties were keen to make happen. 

“Over the last couple of months, we have worked with several people within the club, and we are all confident that we have produced a range of the Playing and Training Wear designs that will go down well with everyone connected to the club.”
