Eagles announce End of Season event

Sheffield Eagles are pleased to announce an End of Season Event taking place on Saturday 5 December, 12.30pm at OEC Sheffield.
 
The event follows the cancellation of the End of Season Awards Dinner which was due to take place next month (September) at the same venue.
 
With the 2020 Betfred Championship season being declared null and void it was felt the event could not go ahead and awards given out.

As such no awards will be given for the short number of games played earlier this year.
 
Instead the club invites supporters, sponsors and partners to join us as we look ahead to what should be an extremely exciting 2021 for both the Eagles and the sport in the city.
 
This includes the development at the Olympic Legacy Park and the Rugby League World Cup due to take place in the Autumn of 2021 with England men’s side taking on Greece at Bramall Lane plus a number of group games and the semi-finals of the Wheelchair competition at the English Institute of Sport.
 
A one course dinner will be served and Mark Aston, along with members of the 2021 squad, will be interviewed ahead of the new season with questions from the floor also.
 
A number of exciting additions to the event are also planned and won’t want to be missed in what should be an enjoyable afternoon following a difficult and testing year for many.
 
2020 Members who chose to forgo a refund, choosing option 3 can get a ticket for just £15 - this covering the cost of the venue and food - with general tickets on-sale for £25.

Please note that the event is subject to government guidelines permitting it taking place. Should the event not take place all those who purchased a ticket will be issued with a full-refund.
