2023 Championship Fixtures Released

Sheffield Eagles can reveal their schedule for the 2023 Betfred Championship season, which is just under three months away!
The Eagles’ first home game, as revealed yesterday on our social media channels, comes against Batley Bulldogs at the Olympic Legacy Park on Friday 17th February (7:30pm KO)
Mark Aston’s men start their campaign with two consecutive away games - first visiting Halifax on Sunday 5th February and following that with a trip to Barrow Raiders on the 12th.
Some key dates in and amongst the calendar for travelling Eagles supporters include Newcastle away on Friday April 7th at 7:30pm, crunch ties at Featherstone and Keighley on May 7th and 14th respectively, the Summer Bash (venue and fixture TBC) on May 27th/28th before jet-setting to Toulouse on Saturday June 17th.
Announced in the first batch of Viaplay fixtures, Sheffield will play host to Swinton at the OLP on Monday April 17th at 7:45pm. Viaplay is the new home for the Betfred Championship as Premier Sports merges into the Swedish broadcasting company.
The Eagles will end their regular season campaign at home to Bradford Bulls on Friday September 22nd.
