Sheffield Eagles Game Day Experience

Matchdays at Don Valley Stadium is more than just a game of Rugby League. It is an event for all the family - an experience like no other.

Our regular matchday entertainment includes: Bouncy castle, face painting, games & competitions, dancing girls, cheerleaders plus Richard Lee & the Mastermix Experience.

Bouncy Castle & Face Painting :If you are a junior supporter, don’t forget to check out our rugby themed bouncy castle down pitchside before the game and you can also get your face painted at the special stand on the concourse near the Eagles Club shop.

Both of these activities are totally free of charge!

Golden Gamble: For our adult supporters.

Don’t forget to buy a Golden Gamble ticket for today’s draw and you could win hundreds of £’s.  Tickets are only £1 and the draw will be made pitchside at half time with the lucky winner taking home their cash prize today! 

Games and Competitions: For our junior supporters

The Eagles run many half time games and competitions - simply listen out for details and take part to win various prizes and gifts!

Autograph Session: After each game there is a pitch side autograph signing session by the Eagles players plus our very own club mascot Kid-E.   You can also get photographs of your favourite players and Kid-E too!

Plus you can also join Tubbs and the team in the Function Suite after the game. Make your way to the lower ground floor level at the Flame Hill end of the stadium or down the spiral staircase at the Flame Hill end of the main stand.

Visiting supporters are welcome too!

Spectator Amenities

Don Valley Stadium offers some of the finest spectator facilities in the country.

Official Merchandise: Official Sheffield Eagles Merchandise is available from the Eagles Club Shop located on the concourse opposite C door entrance to the Main Stand.

Toilets: Toilet facilities are easily located on the concourse level around the stadium. There are also disabled toilet facilities in this location.

Food:  Catering, outlets are located around the stadium on the concourse serving  fast food such as burgers and hot dogs plus confectionery and ice cream for those with a sweet tooth!

Bars: Pre match bar facilities are available on the concourse serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Post match bar facilitates are available in the Function Suite on the lower ground floor of the stadium

First Aid: Should this be required please contact the nearest member of staff, or report to the first aid point situated on the concourse close to entrance door K.

Lost & Found: Persons losing either people or property should contact the nearest member of staff/steward for assistance. Spectators are advised to select a clear meeting point on entrance to the stadium in case of separation, and to supervise children at all times. Lost children should report to any member of staff/steward for assistance.

All lost property is kept at the Don Valley Stadium reception.

Points of Sale: Official Matchday Pogramme and Golden Gamble sellers are located close to the turnstile entrances both inside and outside the stadium.

Away Supporters: Visiting fans traditionally sit in the lower block of the main stand, although Sheffield Eagles do not operate a segregation policy and supporters are welcome to mingle and watch the game from any location inside the ground.

Family Friendly Policy: Sheffield Eagles operates a strict policy with respect to abusive/ racist language or gestures. Any behaviour which may cause offence to other spectators is unacceptable and offenders will be removed from the stadium. Please allow everyone to enjoy the game.

Local pubs include "The Cocked Hat" where all visiting fans are welcome.
