altHere is some details if you are heading to The Big Fellas Stadium this Saturday to watch the Eagles take on Featherstone Rovers, kick off 6pm.

Match Day Information

Featherstone are offering adult season ticket holders at any Super League, Championship or Championship 1 club can gain entry to any Co-Operative Championship game at Featherstone Rovers for £10 (normal entry price £15) on production of their 2012 season ticket. Season ticket holders can also bring a child for free, so if you have a season ticket, make sure to take it with you.

The offer is also available to concession Season Ticket holders where entrance to the ground is £6 (normal price £9).

The Rovers will have a designated turnstile allocated for fans from other clubs to gain entry to the stadium and to take advantage of the offer.

Featherstone Rovers have a bar within the ground, The Atrium Bar and it is open from 3pm and both sets of fans are welcome.

Away fans usually congregate behind one of the end of the pitch and switch ends at half time depending on which way their side is attacking.

Travelling by Train

Trains to Featherstone leave Sheffield Station at 50 minutes past the hour, every hour and takes 52 minutes to get to Featherstone with a change of trains required at Wakefield Kirkgate railway station.

At the time of writing, Train travel costs start from £9.20 for a return journey with an anytime ticket costing £12.20. Different prices for children and people with a railcard will apply.

Travelling by Car

Take the M1 to Junction 39 and follow the A636 into Wakefield.  When in the city centre, follow sings for ‘A638 Pontefract’.

Head out of Wakefield and follow the A638 then the A645 through Sharlston and Streethouse to reach Featherstone.

Turn left at the lights and onto Station Lane, Post Office Road is the seventh road and is signposted.
