Community Rugby League

Sheffield Eagles RLFC is served by a large geographical area. This catchment area covers South Yorkshire and the Midlands. Within this catchment are winter and summer rugby league clubs which offer a wide and varied talent pool base.  The Sheffield Eagles is also in a position to recruit from our nearest neighbours, Wakefield and Castleford who have made forays into South Yorkshire to expand their talent pools. These players are starting to come back to South Yorkshire and work with the Sheffield Eagles because our standards are equivalent or higher than our Super League counterparts.
