Play Touch RL
Play Touch RL will begin again in Early 2017.
A form of Rugby League that excludes the physical element of tackling, promotes decision making with ball in hand while increasing your level of physical activity which can be a good weight maintenance or fat loss tool.
Must be 14+ to participate and generally works better as smaller sided games i.e. 5 vs 5
