Johnny Woodcock won the Northern Ford
Premiership young player of the year award in 2002 and the hearts of
Eagles fans in 2006. The club's top points scorer for the third year
running, Woodcock has made the number 1 shirt his own during his time
with Sheffield Eagles and is looking forward to another big season in
the Co-Operative Championship.

Danny Mills |
Danny Mills first signed in Nov 2003 from Casino (Australia) making his
debut against Leigh Miners Rangers in the Challenge Cup 2004.
Went on loan to Salford City Reds Senior Academy in 2004 to get game
time. Captain of West Indies in York 9's, MX 9's awarded MoM in final at
York in 2004. Joined Doncaster 2006, but rejoined Eagles 2007. Signed
for Widnes 2009 but returned on loan to Eagles after not getting in 1st

Stringer left Don Valley at the end of
2003 to play in almost every game of London Broncos 2004 campaign. The
Prop moved to Salford in 2005 before returning on loan from Salford to

is a fans favourite, particularly at his local club Hoyland Vikings from
whom he signed professionally and with local school children with whom
